• Competitive Compensation: Start with a $95,000 base salary for 25 billable hours/week, plus differential pay for hours over 25 )-earn up to $145,000+ annually!

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  
• Supervise RBTs with regular IOA checks and feedback, ensuring ≥80% fidelity.
  
• Provide parent/family training and progress reporting with 100% compliance.
  
• Modify protocols data-driven, maintaining ethical BACB standards.
  
• Collaborate on peer reviews and team meetings for high-risk cases.
  

• BCBA certification and master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
  
• 1-3 years ABA experience, preferably with autism spectrum disorders.
  
• Hawaii LBA
  
• Strong supervision skills, CPR/First Aid certified, and clean background check.
  
• Passion for cultural sensitivity and Hawaii's unique communities-bonus if you love the islands!
  
• PFA/SBT knowledge and experience a plus!
