The Bluff House Inn is seeking a dedicated couple to manage the housekeeping and daily upkeep of our boutique inn, located in a serene and picturesque setting.This opportunity is perfect for an
active, retired or semi-retired couple who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in maintaining a beautiful property, and values working together as a team. As innkeepers, you will play an essential role in ensuring our guests feel at home and the property is kept in pristine condition.- Maintain the charm and cleanliness of the inn�s guest rooms and common areas
- Perform daily housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Handle laundry tasks: washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens as needed
- Keep guest areas organized, refreshed, and fully stocked with essentials
- Monitor and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns
- Assist with light property care, ensuring indoor and outdoor spaces remain inviting
- Provide a personal touch with friendly guest interactions and prompt service
- A couple with a shared passion for hospitality and attention to detail
- Prior experience in housekeeping or caretaking is appreciated but not required
- Strong work ethic and pride in creating clean, welcoming environments
- Ability to manage daily tasks efficiently and work well as a team
- Physical ability to handle light cleaning, laundry, and small maintenance tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- A personable and friendly demeanor to enhance guest experiences
- This is a seasonal position for 2026 - main season is May-November.
