We are seeking a reliable and professional Tow Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Safely operate a tow truck to assist with vehicle towing, recovery, and transport.
- Provide roadside assistance services including jump starts, lockouts, fuel delivery, and tire changes.
- Maintain the tow truck in clean and presentable condition at all times-both interior and exterior.
- Arrive at the office on time and be prepared for dispatch throughout your shift.
- Follow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Accurately complete required documentation and communicate clearly with dispatch.
- Be available to work on weekends, as we operate 24/7 to meet customer demands.
- Comply with GPS tracking and dashboard camera monitoring procedures; all trucks are monitored for safety and service quality.
