Sales associates achieve customer service excellence when they* Use positive energy to schedule facials, massages, assisted stretching, and percussion therapy.

• Up-sell and cross-sell services, enhancements, gift cards, and retail items.
  
• Stay updated on new services, retail items, and promotions.
  
• Efficiently answer phone calls, schedule services, and address client questions.
  
• Actively listen to the wellness needs of our clients and respond with open-ended questions.
  
• Present the benefits of our wellness plan to clients.
  
• Support team goals and build positive relationships with team members.

Highly qualified sales associates are* Experienced in the sales industry (e.g., gym memberships, jewelry sales, and cellualar phones).

• Enthusiastic to exceed sales quotas.
  
• Available for day, mid-day, and evening shifts.
  
• Available Sunday through Friday.
  
• Consistently dependable and punctual as a key holder to open or close our clinic.
  
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
  

Qualified sales associates are* Experienced in the wellness industry (e.g., beauty advising, fitness, or make-up artistry).

• Available for day and evening shifts.
  
• Available Monday through Friday.
  
• Consistently punctual with transportation to our clinic.
  
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
  

Competitive compensation based on your experience and availability* Full-time monthly wage ranges from $1,820 - $2,125 per month.

• Compensation includes base pay, commissions, and tips.
  
• Commissions increase with your experience and availability.

Estheticians are encouraged to apply if they are* Licensed as a Texas esthetician.

• Experienced with chemical peels, microderm abrasion, and facial/brow waxing.
  
• Confident with using sales techniques to sell correctives (e.g., serums and eye creams).
  

Massage therapy school graduates are encouraged to apply if they have* 500 hours or more of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion.

• A passing score on their MBLEX or TDLR massage therapy licensure test.
  
• Applied (or are applying) for licensure as a Texas massage therapist.
  

Physical requirements* Communicate in person, on telephone, and computer (e.g., virtual meetings) by talking and hearing.

• Lift and carry parcels, packages, and other items up to 25 pounds.
  
• Operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  
• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
