Bilingual Sales Agent

We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, tech-savvy, and comfortable working evenings and Saturdays. You will be responsible for assisting customers in both languages, managing leads, and guiding buyers through the car purchasing and financing process from start to finish.

• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  
• Respond to leads via text, phone calls, social media, and email
  
• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the dealership
  
• Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers confidently
  
• Assist with test drives and ensure customer satisfaction
  
• Go through the entire financing process with the customer, including:
  
• Gathering personal and financial documents
  
• Explaining financing options
  
• Completing credit applications
  
• Submitting deals to lenders
  
• Reviewing loan approvals and terms with the customer
  
• Ensure customers clearly understand their loan terms and purchase agreements
  
• Follow up with prospective buyers and past customers
  
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM
  
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer service expectations
  
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions
  
• Drive vehicles as needed for test drives or deliveries
  

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (speak, read, and write fluently) - required
  
• Previous sales or finance experience is a plus but not required
  
• Comfortable using social media, texting apps, and smartphones for customer engagement
  
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  
• Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays
  
• Valid driver�s license and clean driving record
  
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  
• Must be comfortable guiding customers through all aspects of the financing process
