Bilingual Roofing Service Coordinator

· Coordinate repairs and warranty claims.

· Schedule roofing crews based on location and job type

· Understand and interpret contracts, change orders, and work order forms

· Confirm all job details with customers

· Assists with material delivery schedules for projects

· Maintaining constant and effective communication with customers via phone/email

· Email management with customers, coworkers, suppliers, and building departments

· Communicate with field supervisors regarding all details of the project

· Minimum 1 year experience in roofing.

· Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

· Knowledge of QuickBooks and Salesforce (CRM management system) is a plus.

· Ability to learn other software/platforms necessary for managing day-to-day responsibilities.

· Strong people skills.

· Comfortable making and receiving calls.

· Good moral character and works with integrity.

· Detailed, strong follow up and follow-through; excellent time-management.
