Supervise roofing crews and ensure safety and efficiency on all job sites.
Coordinate daily tasks, jobsite schedules, deliveries, and inspections.
Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors.
Ensure all projects meet quality, budget, and time goals.
Troubleshoot issues and keep jobs moving forward - rain or shine.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
