- Knowledge, skills and abilities normally achieved through obtaining a High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar CSR position is strongly desired but not required.
- Business level Spanish/English language skills verbal and written - highly proficient.
- Automotive parts manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Must understand and possess the ability to maintain positive relationships between CS and Sales.
- Must be customer service orientated.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) - EXCEL at proficient level is required.
