Our onsite team helps customers through moments that matter-like starting an insurance claim or navigating their policy online. Each call is a chance to offer guidance, reassurance, and real support. And you won’t do it alone-you’ll work alongside a team that’s collaborative, knowledgeable, and always ready to jump in when you need a hand.


What You’ll Do


As a

Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the trusted voice on the other end of the line. Here’s what your day might include:


  • Helping customers make payments with confidence
  • Starting or updating insurance claims
  • Walking users through our online self-service tools
  • Sending forms for policy changes or updates
  • Answering questions about coverage and communications


You'll use platforms like

AS/400, Balto AI, and a variety of web tools to find and share what customers need-clearly and kindly.
