The Bell/Valet plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest service by ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. Responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, opening doors, parking vehicles, assisting with luggage, providing information about the hotel and local attractions, responding promptly to guest requests, and offering directions as needed.
This position requires upholding the highest standards of service in alignment with the mission, core values, and goals established by the company. Familiarity and compliance with L’Auberge Carmel and Mirabel Hotel and Restaurant Group’s Mission and Service Standards, as well as Relais & Chà¢teaux’s 5 C’s and philosophy, are essential in performing all key responsibilities and duties.
