Residential staff maintain positive interactions with team members, students, parents, and professionals. Demonstrate a strong overall work ethic and develop and maintain a positive, healthy relationship with students, serving as a role model. The ideal candidate will communicate in a clear and professional manner, is able to deal effectively with stressful situations and is skilled at conflict mediation.
