- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at a daycare center.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
- Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
- Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care.
- Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client.
- Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions with clients and their families.
- Must be RBT certified or willing to become certified (We provide resources for RBT certification if not currently certified).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds (due to the physical nature of the role and potential to assist clients with mobility).
- Ability to kneel, sit, stand, and move around frequently during sessions.
- Valid driver�s license and reliable transportation (for community and in-home services).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Basic knowledge of ABA principles preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Adherence to HIPAA guidelines for confidentiality and data protection.
- Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding child welfare and mandatory reporting.
- Physical ability to assist with safety protocols, including lifting or moving clients when needed.
