Behavior Technicians (BTs) will work under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst. They are responsible for providing direct behavioral therapy to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. BT's implement Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) programs, as written by the BA. BT’s will be responsible for data gathering, teaching life skills and remediating skill deficits and eliminating problem behaviors. Must possess strong clinical documentation skills, interpersonal skills, and excellent boundary setting skills.
