Position Overview:


Educational Assistant Level III


Days: 5 Days a week


Hours: 6


Compensation/benefits: Per Unit Agreement


Role Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated Educational Assistant Level III to join our team at Gideon Pond Elementary. This position plays a key role in supporting students through restorative practices, collaborating with staff and administration to ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships, fostering community, and helping students develop the tools they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.


Qualifications:

+ Must meet highly qualified standards as defined by the state

+ Completion of AA degree, 60 college level credits or completion of para-pro exam
