Jester Concepts is proud to announce the opening of Shiki. Shiki features a menu focused on dumplings, ramen, and Japanese-inspired flavors. Guests love the late-night vibe from the 630-square-foot space-featuring raw materials, bold colors, dynamic graphics, and an open kitchen and bar. Lunch and dinner is served daily, with take-out and delivery available.

The Bartender's role is to serve guests in a friendly sincere manner and guarantee them the best possible guest experience. The Bartender is also responsible for providing friendly, efficient service to their teammates.

Here is a general list of responsibilities to give an understanding of what will be done during a shift, but the responsibilities as a member of the restaurant team are not limited to this list.

• Follows the Core Values.
  
• Warmly greet and pitch the bar guests in a friendly and sincere manner.
  
• Accurately take guests� order.
  
• Accurately deliver guests� food in an open style.
  
• Ensure quality food and beverages for your guests.
  
• Up-sell and suggestive sell.
  
• Communicate with and supports all staff to serve the guests.
  
• Guide and monitor the guests dining experience.
  
• Anticipate and exceed your guest�s expectations.
  
• Keeps Management informed of potential problems.
  
• Work as a team and use positive communication skills at every opportunity.
  
• Present accurate bills and collects payments.
  
• Clean, stock, and maintain workstation throughout shift.
  

Ideal candidates for bartenders will have:

• 2+ years prior experience as a bartender
  
• Warm, friendly, and positive communicator and demeanor.
  
• Experience both serving and bartending is a plus!
  
• Weekend availability required
  
• Experience working with Toast POS
