We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred; experience in catering or restaurant settings is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be of legal drinking age as required by state regulations.
