We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team . The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, as well as the ability to manage time effectively while working in a bustling setting such as a nightclub or bar establishment.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff.
- Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation to enhance the guest experience.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a busy environment.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Previous bar experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in bartending or related roles within nightclubs or banquet settings.
