Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We are hiring for both part-time and full-time.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes with precision
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining area
- Assist in food preparation and handling as needed
- Operate the Square POS system for order processing
- Uphold food safety standards at all times
- Prior experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with Square POS system is advantageous
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.25 per hour
