Four Quarters Brewing is looking for a reliable, hard-working Barback / Busser to support our front-of-house team in Winooski, Vermont. This is a fast-paced, physical role where you’ll help keep the bar stocked, the taproom tidy, and the guest experience top-notch.
- Restock beer, glassware, and supplies behind the bar
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Assist bartenders and servers by running food and water
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the taproom and service stations
- Help with trash, recycling, and dish runs
- Jump in wherever needed to support the team
- Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a busy environment
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet for long periods
- Weekend availability is required
- $18.00 - $23.00 per hour (Including Tips)
