We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Duties


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
  • Oversee territory management and lead generation efforts to expand market presence.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Engage in direct sales activities such as cold calling and upselling to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.


Skills


  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and account management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in CRM software usage for managing customer relationships and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for persuasive selling techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market conditions and making informed decisions.
