What You’ll Do:


  • Lead daily store operations, including sales, service, and repair functions
  • Coach and develop team members in technical skills and customer service
  • Build long-term customer relationships through trust and communication
  • Drive store performance in sales, productivity, and profitability
  • Ensure high service quality, workflow efficiency, and a safe, clean environment


What We’re Looking For:


  • 2-4 years of experience in retail automotive management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Tire and automotive service knowledge
  • Valid driver�s license and acceptable driving record
  • State inspection license (or ability to obtain)

  • Full-time, 52+ hours per week including Saturdays
  • Physical work including standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and shop exposure
