- Coach and develop team members in technical skills and customer service
- Build long-term customer relationships through trust and communication
- Drive store performance in sales, productivity, and profitability
- Ensure high service quality, workflow efficiency, and a safe, clean environment
- 2-4 years of experience in retail automotive management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Tire and automotive service knowledge
- Valid driver�s license and acceptable driving record
- State inspection license (or ability to obtain)
- Fast-paced environment with a supportive, team-oriented culture
- Full-time, 52+ hours per week including Saturdays
- Physical work including standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and shop exposure
