- Lead, train, and manage the parts department to ensure smooth operations
- Forecast parts needs and ensure we have the right inventory at the right time
- Meet and exceed parts sales goals
- Maintain a customer-focused, friendly, and efficient work environment
- Analyze sales data and manage inventory obsolescence
- Support the General Manager with additional duties as needed
- Minimum 3 years of automotive parts management experience (dealership experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Parts Manager certification is a plus
- Familiarity with computerized parts systems and manufacturer certifications a plus
- Must be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends as needed
- High school diploma/GED required; college degree is a plus
