Automotive Lube Technician

Position Summary:

Stone's Auto Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Lube Technician to join our service team. The Lube Tech plays a vital role in maintaining customer vehicles by performing basic maintenance services and inspections. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to begin or grow a career in the automotive service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and filter replacements on customer vehicles
  
• Inspect vehicles for safety issues, leaks, and wear items and report findings to Service Advisors
  
• Check and top off all necessary vehicle fluids (brake, transmission, coolant, etc.)
  
• Maintain clean and organized work environment, tools, and equipment
  
• Adhere to manufacturer and dealership safety protocols and standards
  
• Assist other technicians and departments as needed
  
• Document all work performed using dealership systems
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• Basic automotive knowledge or previous experience in lube, express service, or tire shops preferred
  
• Valid driver�s license and clean driving record
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
  
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians
