Rathe’s Salvage is looking for an
Automotive Dismantler in Colchester, VT! We are a family-owned business consisting of automotive & scrap metal recycling. Responsibilities for this role include: dismantling end of life vehicles, , and operation of heavy equipment. We are looking for someone that works well on a team, is reliable, and has basic computer skills.Responsibilities:
- Dismantling of cars and trucks including removing fluids, wheels, batteries, etc
- Using basic pneumatic and electric tools
- Operation of heavy equipment
Qualifications:
- Basic automotive knowledge and familiarity is preferred
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to lift 50 lbs+ and stand for long periods of time
- Can operate heavy equipment safely (will be trained to do so)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
