We are seeking self-motivated, experienced technicians who thrive on solving complex

quality service and ensure every vehicle is returned liability-free.


Key Responsibilities

Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations on foreign, domestic, and electric

vehicles (EVs) on-site or at customer locations

Troubleshoot and resolve complex diagnostic and calibration issues

Conduct pre- and post-repair scans using OEM and aftermarket tools

Explain ADAS calibration procedures and repair planning to collision center staff,

insurance adjusters, and customers

Conduct test drives to validate successful repairs

Remove and reinstall vehicle components as needed for proper calibration (e.g.,

bumpers, mirrors, trim)

Maintain and update software on diagnostic equipment and tools

Participate in virtual and in-person training to stay current on OEM specifications

Maintain an organized work environment and manage assigned inventory and

equipment


Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience

Trade school education preferred

ASE and/or I-CAR certifications are a plus

Understanding of collision repair terminology and processes

Proficient with computers, mobile devices, and diagnostic software

Familiarity with both aftermarket and OEM diagnostic scan tools

Willingness to travel occasionally for training and certification

Strong communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
