What you’ll do:


  • Provide customer service and support to existing and prospective customers via internet, phone, email, and text.
  • Qualify inbound leads as sales opportunities and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist retail and commercial sales teams with scheduling appointments and follow-up.
  • Build rapport and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers. Address customer concerns and escalate as appropriate.
  • Manage and maintain electronic records using various technologies, including CRM and Microsoft tools.
  • Maintain working knowledge of dealership products, services, procedures, and policies.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.


What you’ll need:


Education: Associate's degree preferred - Can be substituted for HS Diploma and 3 years relevant experience


One-year relevant experience preferred (call center, sales, automotive, BDC)
