Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate the unique value of Hertrich's offerings to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best vehicles to meet those needs
- Conduct test drives and highlight the features and benefits of vehicles
- Build relationships and provide a personalized buying experience
- Maximize profitability with each sale while delivering customer satisfaction
- Complete paperwork and ensure accurate computer entries
- Follow up with new and returning customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- A self-motivated and goal-driven attitude
- A passion for helping customers find the right vehicle
- Excellent listening, speaking, and computer skills
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays
- High school diploma or GED required
- A valid driver's license with minimal points
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a smile every day
