Auto Glass Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto glass installation and repair, with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role involves working with various types of automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows, ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.

• Install and replace automotive glass in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
  
• Perform repairs on damaged glass, ensuring proper sealing and structural integrity.
  
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for glass installation and removal.
  
• Conduct vehicle maintenance checks related to glass systems, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration when necessary.
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of jobs while maintaining high-quality standards.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding glass services.
  
• Assist in detailing vehicles post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
  

• Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems.
  
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes.
  
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for glass installation tasks.
  
• Background in vehicle maintenance or auto body repair is beneficial.
