Experience not necessary but preferred. We will train the right person for this position.
The job entails doing windshield rock chip repairs and the removal and installation of auto glass on passenger type vehicles. Recalibration of lane departure, warning system cameras.
Ability to lift 75 pounds.
Sales skills related to answering customers questions regarding scheduling auto glass replacements.
Basic computer and internet skills to look up correct auto glass replacements parts. Using customer appointment system for auto glass replacements.
Answering phone calls as needed to help schedule customers.
Use power and hand tools as required for auto glass removal and replacement.
Hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. This new employee may be asked to work from 9 AM to 6 PM allowing us to stay open hour.
We are open Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM and an employee will occasionally be asked to work a Saturday. This is an overtime opportunity.
The Rock Chip Squad is a small family owned business with a laid back atmosphere.
A high school education, a valid drivers license and a clean driving record is required. $18 per hour to start during training and $20 after 90 days if you have no experience. Pay for experienced Techs will depend upon your experience.
