Auditor

America's leading replacement window company, Window World, is looking for an Auditor to join our headquarters in Baton Rouge, LA. Similar to a Data-Entry role, the Auditor will be responsible for examining data and ensuring accuracy of records. This position functions similarly to a data entry role but requires a

• Review records, reports, and documentation to verify accuracy and compliance with established procedures
  
• Compare documents to verify assets and liabilities and ensure internal consistency
  
• Complete audit workpapers by recording findings and following structured processes
  
• Identify discrepancies or trends through audits and communicate results clearly
  
• Maintain internal control by completing questionnaires and assessments
  
• Assist in ensuring adherence to legal and internal requirements by staying informed and advising on necessary actions
  
• Develop organized reports and summaries from audit findings
  
• Enter and organize data efficiently using spreadsheets and database systems
  
• Maintain and retrieve organized hard copies of data
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and departments to resolve discrepancies
  
• Perform additional tasks as assigned, supporting overall team productivity

• 1+ years of experience in a data-entry, auditing, or similar administrative role
  
• Excellent computer and data management skills

• Hourly Rate: $17/hour (paid weekly!)
