- Experience in Family Law: You don�t have to be an expert in every type of law, but if you can navigate a divorce with the finesse of a reality TV producer, we�re interested.
- Sense of Humor: Family law is tough, but laughter is the best (legal) medicine. If you can crack a smile while drafting a custody agreement, we�ll get along just fine.
- Compassionate and Empathetic: Because sometimes you�re not just dealing with legal issues; you�re navigating people�s lives. And sometimes, they�re really, really complicated lives.
- Handle a nearly full but not too full caseload of family law matters: divorces, child custody, alimony, and everything in between (we�re still working on adding a "dog custody" clause, but it�s complicated).
- Draft documents, negotiate settlements, and, when necessary, help people navigate their �new normal.â€
- Occasionally have a chat with clients who think you can "just work some magic"-you know, the usual.
