Overview:
At Your Service Agents are the central point of contact for guest inquiries and internal communications at Big Sky Resort. Located in the Village Center, this team manages our call center and supports the Front Desk, handling a wide range of responsibilities from guest check-ins to interdepartmental coordination.
Known for being the go-to resource when questions need answers or tasks need completion, At Your Service Agents thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and take pride in delivering helpful, accurate, and timely service. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, comfort with technology, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at a faster-than-average pace.
Training will be provided in partnership with our Front Desk team, and you’ll be expected to confidently step into both guest-facing and behind-the-scenes support duties throughout the resort.
