Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our team within a designated territory. You will leverage your sales expertise to promote our products, conduct product demonstrations, and build strong relationships with clients and reps. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology sales and a proven track record in direct sales. The ideal candidate will also be able to work close with sales reps and help them and motivate them to achieve their goals.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory growth targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track sales activities and provide regular reports on performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Training an entire team, while helping them maintain numbers the company needs.


Skills


  • Strong background in sales management, with experience in territory management.
  • Proficiency in technology sales, including software solutions.
  • Experience in inside sales, retail sales, or direct sales environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple accounts.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape within the industry.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving goals.
