Romulus is currently expanding our business-to-business sales team and is looking for sharp, driven individuals to join us as

AT&T Representatives. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for candidates who are eager to gain experience in B2B sales, enjoy working with people, and are ready to grow professionally with a company that invests in its team.


As an AT&T Representative, you will work directly with local business customers to deliver customized solutions powered by AT&T’s industry-leading services. You will be the face of the brand, building relationships, identifying needs, and helping clients take full advantage of AT&T’s communications technology.


What You'll Do as an AT&T Representative:


  • Represent AT&T�s suite of business products with professionalism and a customer-first mindset in every interaction.
  • Engage directly with local business owners and key decision-makers to understand their communication needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to uncover challenges and recommend personalized AT&T solutions that add value.
  • Guide both new and existing business accounts through the full sales cycle, from first contact to final setup.
  • Participate in daily AT&T Representative team meetings and structured sales training sessions designed to build your confidence and skills.
  • Accurately track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress to ensure strong service and follow-through.
