- Master Document Oversight: Serve as the central point of contact for account opening processes, coordinating with clients, relationship managers, and internal teams.
- Client Onboarding: Lead the development and execution of onboarding strategies tailored to Association Banking clients.
- Policy & Compliance: Design and implement policies to boost productivity and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Client Implementations: Manage the rollout of new products and services, including partner integrations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing operations team.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, including fraud prevention and regulatory adherence.
- Training & Development: Participate in required compliance training and professional development opportunities.
- Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support departmental goals.
- Experience in client-facing and operational roles preferred.
- Experience managing deposit account exceptions.
Familiarity with account opening processes and operational banking systems.
