Plaintiff toxic tort and personal injury firm looking for motivated and organized self-starter eager to learn how to litigate cases from inception to settlement.
Responsibilities will include discovery, legal research and writing, motion practice, case management, deposition and court appearances.

As an Associate Attorney, you will learn all aspects of toxic tort litigation and quickly become responsible for handling cases. Case management responsibilities include written discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and trial work as a second chair. Prior experience with these tasks is appreciated, but not required.
