- Provide comprehensive patient care, including physical examinations and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Requirements
- Valid nursing license in the state of Indiana.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Previous experience in long-term care settings is desirable.
