Salary Range: $48,000-$55,000/yr (based on experience).

Some of the opportunities involved with the Asst. Store Director position are:
- Providing and modeling outstanding customer service.
- Assist with planning and directing day-to-day operations of the store.
- Work closely with all of the department managers to maintain proper stock levels, consistent department standards and proper staffing to improve customer service and drive store sales.
- Ensure customer needs are met and service is quick and efficient.
- Oversee product displays and merchandising.
- Forecast staffing needs and assist with scheduling, recruiting and training strategies to maintain optimal staffing in all departments.
- Work with store budgets to meet or exceed store goals.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all associates and customers.
- Monitor food safety practices throughout the store
Qualifications:
- Bachelor�s degree or equivalent and/or 5 years experience in retail or a related area.
- Must have extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals and excel at leading and directing store associates.
- Must be proficient in MS Office programs and comfortable working with technology (computers, smartphones, apps, online shopping, etc.)
