Job description - Assistant PM


Artisan Display, Inc. is a leading millwork fabricator in the Philadelphia market. We are seeking a full-time Assistant Project Manager to facilitate the drafting, submittal and approval process on new projects using Bluebeam and our ERP software system to manage project data. Experience working in the woodworking field and/or millwork, casework, or manufacturing is preferred.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES


· Manage drawings and submittal information on multiple commercial projects.


· Work closely with Project Management and Production ensuring accurate documentation.


· Adhere to company engineering conventions and standards.


REQUIRED SKILLS


· Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role or degree in related field


· Strong communication, organization, time management skills.


· Ability to work quickly with a strong attention to detail.


· Flexibility for dealing with an ever-changing business environment and project schedules.


· Hands-on experience with Office Suite and PDF editing software.


· Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
