Acting in the role of Owner’s Agent, the Assistant Project Manager is responsible for the planning and on-site execution of projects from initiation through completion of construction by providing project leadership, communication, coordination, and conflict resolution to ensure project goals are met. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, as well as strong communication and client service skills.
