We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our our team and help lead our dessert shop to sweet success.


Must be at least 18 years old or older.


Must be available to open morning and/or close the late night shift.


As a PCF Assitant Manager, you’ll be a role model of the store operations standards that define our Peach Cobbler Factory Experience. The Assistant Manager will support the Store in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and achieving sales goals. You’ll lead each shift, Manage Employees and work alongside fellow “cobbleristas†to deliver stellar customer service and a variety of expertly crafted dessert products. You’ll be in an energetic environment where you’ll have the ability to positively influence and guide others, maintain an encouraging team environment, and grow your leadership skills. Prior experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees is required.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervising and training employees
  • Assist with daily operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor and Manage inventory and ordering supplies as needed
  • Maintain store Cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Ensuring all food preparation is complete
  • Managing employee schedule, breaks and shift changes
  • Handle Customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective resolutions.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and daily sales reports
  • Help execute promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive sales

Qualifications:


- High School diploma (required) , Associates or Bachelor‘s degree or Hospitality Management (preferred)


  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership in the food service, retail, or hospitality industry


  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills


  • Ability to motivate and develop team members


  • Customer Focused mindset with a passion for service


  • Problem-Solving skills and the ability to think on your feet


  • Proficient Microsoft Office and POS systems


-Availability to work flexible shifts , including weekends and holidays
