As the
Assistant Director of Culinary for The Indigo Road Hospitality Group, you will support the Culinary Director of Charleston by acting as a task-force leader across our Charleston-area restaurants. This role is ideal for a collaborative and seasoned culinary professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys both hands-on kitchen leadership and strategic operational support.You’ll be instrumental in maintaining consistency, coaching culinary teams, launching new concepts, and upholding the group’s high standards across multiple locations. This is a mobile, highly engaged position requiring flexibility, creativity, and strong leadership.
