Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Model and instill leadership and accountability in the branch.
  
• Effectively address and resolve members' questions and concerns while uncovering needs.
  
• Assist in the oversight of the development of branch employees and act as a role model.
  
• Seek opportunities to grow the branch through business development in a new market.
  
• Ensure branch compliance with security and branch control policies and procedures.
  
• Step into any role in the branch as needed.
  

Please note: The Wilsonville Branch is scheduled to open in mid-October 2025. For those selected to move forward after initial screening, a panel interview for this position will occur in September.*

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Minimum of 2 years in the financial industry in the following positions with demonstrated progressive responsibilities: Teller, Financial Services, and Lending.
  
• A minimum of 1 year in a lead role.
  
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  
• Demonstrated experience developing longer-term professional relationships with proven results.
  
• Experience identifying opportunities and making introductions to internal and external strategic partners.
  

Starting Pay Range: $33.00 - $36.69 per hour, depending on experience. Opportunities to earn incentives for meeting assigned goals.

• Due to this position starting before the branch opens, we will guarantee an incentive of $1,500 after successful completion of the first 90 days of employment.
  

Schedule: Monday - Friday, business hours. Must be available to work rotating Saturdays.
