The Assistant Athletic Director - Summer Term is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and supervision of summer athletic programs at [High School Name]. + Supervise daily summer practices and workouts across all athletic programs.

+ Support compliance with all school district policies, state athletic association guidelines, and Title IX requirements.
+ Assist in organizing and managing athlete registration for fall and full-year sports, including:
+ Collaborate with coaches to ensure preseason needs are met (equipment, rosters, communication).
+ Help plan and execute any summer camps, clinics, or tryouts as needed.
+ Assist in communication efforts, including emails, newsletters, and updates to the athletic website or social media.
+ Report concerns, injuries, or disciplinary issues to the Athletic Director promptly.
