Assistant Administrator (4 Day Work Week)

This position works directly with the Executive Administrator and the Assistant Office Manager to oversee the administration of our services which includes providing assistance to the team and clients. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
1) Associates degree or higher
2) Minimum 2 years experience in office administration and/or customer service
3) Must have stayed with majority of previously employers no less than 2 years
4) Quickbooks experience (or ConnectWise)
5) Google GSuite and/or Microsoft Office Suite experience/currently utilizing
6) Microsoft Exel thorough understanding and experience/currently utilizing
