Operate and maintain wave soldering equipment
Perform hand soldering for builds, touch-ups, and repairs
Inspect and fix defects post-solder
Run pallets/fixtures and remove masking
Support multiple areas in production
Follow safety and quality protocols
Soldering certification required
Ability to work independently with good problem-solving skills
Strong attendance and work ethic
Physical ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift
English communication skills (written & verbal)

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
