Coverage Areas: In this role, you will provide operational expertise across our Northeast region, supporting states including Maine, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Massachusetts, Ohio, New Jersey, and New York.

On an Average Day, You Will:


(Includes, but not limited to)


  • Partner closely with Division and Regional leadership to execute high-level operational strategies
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Executive Directors across multiple locations, fostering program growth and sustainability
  • Analyze operational performance and implement improvements to align with organizational goals
  • Support site-level leadership in meeting revenue targets, managing expenses, and driving results
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, expansion, and enhanced care delivery
  • Monitor compliance with hospice regulations and organizational policies
  • Serve as a key liaison between field operations and corporate leadership
  • Travel to various sites to support, coach, and empower leadership teams
  • Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and compassionate care


What You Bring:


  • Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in hospice or homecare
  • Strong leadership in program development and operational oversight
  • Proven ability to analyze business needs and lead strategic planning efforts
  • Track record of managing teams and departments to meet financial goals
  • Empowering leadership style that supports and inspires Executive Directors
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, often on short notice
