We are in search of a Sales Representative who can operate comfortably curating new relationships with architectural groups, developing relationships with current clients, talking through detailed design elements, and who can become deeply involved with our design and building community.
We are a Luxury Window/Door Sales and Installation company looking to expand our Sales Team. Our field of specialty is in architectural products such as Window Walls, Thermally Broken Steel windows and doors, and Minimal Frame Aluminum windows and doors. We also strive to provide Top-Tiered Installations to support our full-service approach in this Market Niche. The projects we are involved in are architecturally driven and range throughout the U.S. We have Atlanta and Colorado offices and go to where our architects take us.
Our segment of the industry is evolving in sophistication at a rapid pace, and we are seeking an individual who is eager to step into a career role and establish long-term relationships. This would require learning these domestic and European product lines intimately and being able to navigate the sales process from conception through conversion, and then remain engaged until project completion as our client base is the foundation of all future successes.
The majority of our projects are in High-End Custom Homes and establishing connections with design and building teams throughout the region would be a major part of the responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, personable attitude, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role requires precision, attention to detail, strong communication, and a comfortableness in high-dollar situations. As a Sales Professional, one would be expected to represent the company well with a dedication to carve out a preeminent role in this specialty craft.
