We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect / Architectural Designer to join our team in Midtown Manhattan. You will be responsible for the planning and development of architectural and interior design projects.
- Develop schematic design and construction documents for architectural and interior design projects
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Participate in client meetings (in both English and Japanese, if applicable)
- Assist with building permit applications and other documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants
- Experience in architectural or interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and preferably SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conversational English required (fluency not necessary)
- Valid U.S. work authorization (Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Licensed Architect (Japan or U.S.)
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
- Portfolio submission required for interview
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Weekends and U.S. holidays off
- Salary: Commensurate with experience and skills
