With the supervision of the Aquatics leadership to ensure a safe and positive environment for all YMCA members and guests. This position ensures that staff are able to work in a well-organized and productive environment, programs are running efficiently, and that our Aquatics departments continue to meet the needs of the community.
Indirectly supervises 5-20 staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the association's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; developing, coaching, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
